What is the process like?
Quickmove makes the part-exchange process quick and easy. First, you will be asked to fill out an application form that details your property. This will help the estate agents to make an accurate evaluation. After this, the estate agents will thoroughly research the local area and make a quick valuation within 24 hours. However, there will also be a viewing by 2 local estate agents before a formal offer is made.
Once the viewing and evaluations have taken place, you will be given a formal offer for the price of your home. This offer will also include information detailing the timescales of your move. Should you agree to this price, then the sale is final and the next steps in the process can take place. Your current property will be surveyed and a Home Buyers Report will be created, at no cost to you, and funds from the sale of the property will be transferred to your bank account on the agreed date.
Even after the sale is completed and you’ve received your funds, Quickmove give you permission to occupy your old home for up to 2 weeks prior to your move!
