As residents of Delamere Grove Park we find this a very pleasant place to live. Being in a rural area of Cheshire it has much to offer. – A small quiet park tucked away from traffic noise, – the only sound is from the abundance of bird life. No two plots are the same, gardens are kept in good order and some plots have views over the Cheshire plains.
Whilst being a very quiet location the Park is only one mile from Delamere forest and station, – the train line serving Chester and Manchester. There is also a half hourly daytime bus service between Northwich and Chester and good walking trails, pubs and restaurants locally. – What more could you wish for than a pleasant Park to live on and have such amenities on your Park Home doorstep.

After retiring from the pub trade 18 years ago, Gwen and I enjoy the peace and quiet of Carrwood. We love gardening and the great company of others on the park. It’s located very conveniently for the shops and is close to our family. We couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.

We moved to Carrwood Park at the beginning of May last year. We only lived a mile away and when we sold our house we paid off all our mortgage. Alan’s Aunt lives on the park and we were looking for somewhere quiet and Carrwood seemed like an ideal place. Since we moved here we find park home living better than we expected and have not looked back! Alan calls the park gates, “the pearly gates” because he says it feels like coming to heaven! We feel very lucky to be located in the countryside but are very near town. The bus service is very good and our grandchildren love the wildlife on the park.

I bought my new home in March 2007. I chose Delamere Grove partly because of the unusual layout of the park, eg with every plot being different. Being able to choose my own bespoke home from the manufacturer was very important, as was the location of the park. We’re very lucky to have a very good community atmosphere with lovely people who keep an eye out for your home when you’re away. That along with the beauty of the local area and the quiet rural setting makes Delamere Grove an ideal choice.
